The Town of Ashland is seeking an experienced, versatile and community-oriented individual to serve as its Public Works Director.  This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the Public Works Department while actively participating in daily operations to ensure the effective maintenance and enhancement of the town’s infrastructure.

This hybrid leadership and hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing a variety of responsibilities.  Key responsibilities include planning and overseeing daily operations and capital improvement projects, maintaining public infrastructure and equipment and managing the department’s budget.

This is a full-time position that includes a comprehensive benefits package.  Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
