Bath Water District is responsible for providing drinking water to 15,000 customers in the City of Bath and four surrounding communities. We are now accepting applications for a Distribution Technician to work cooperatively on our network of distribution mains, storage tanks, and related facilities. Work includes repairing and installing water lines, fire hydrants and water meters, as well as customer service calls. The position requires after-hours on-call status on a rotating basis, including answering pager calls and staying within a 20-minute response time to Bath.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or higher
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to obtain Class 2 Distribution Water Operator license
• Valid driver’s license

Experience in water work or equipment operation is a plus!

Pay: Starting around $23/Hour
