The Town of Freeport is seeking a Community Development Administrative Specialist to serve as the welcoming face and organizational backbone of the department. Candidates should be highly motivated and community oriented.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Codes, Planning, and Economic Development functions of the Town
- Guide residents, contractors, and property owners through permit and application processes
- Serve as the first point of contact for construction and development-related inquiries
- Maintain smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, service-focused office
- Provide administrative support to the Code Enforcement Office and Community Development team
