The Town of Yarmouth Highway Department is accepting applications for a Seasonal Full-Time Winter Maintenance Position. This person will be responsible for clearing municipal building walkways, Town sidewalks, bus stops and other winter maintenance tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will have experience clearing snow with a snow blower, tractor / skid steer and pickup. Class B license and loader experience is preferred, but not required.
Position runs October 1st through the second week of April. Position is part of an on-call team that responds to winter storm events. Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays is a must. Overtime hours may be required.
