The Town of Kennebunk is accepting applications for an anticipated job opening for a full-time Firefighter/Paramedic. The Firefighter/Paramedic is a skilled position involving the delivery of firefighting and rescue services within the Town of Kennebunk and for agencies assisted by the Town of Kennebunk. The position also assists with station duties and public and in-house education.
Minimum Position Requirements include:
• State licensed Paramedic.
• Firefighter II Certification.
• National Incident Management IS 100, 200, and 700.
• AVOC/EVOC or equivalent.

Hours & Schedule
The Firefighter/Paramedic works a forty-two (42) hour week schedule. The schedule consists of a 24 hour shift, followed by 2 days off, a 24 hour shift, and 4 days off.
This is a non-exempt, hourly position with a starting pay rate of 22.50/hour or $49,140 annually (42 hours a week x 52 weeks).
