Town of Alna - Town Clerk

The Town of Alna is seeking qualified applicants for a part-time (19 to 25 hours/week) Town Clerk, Tax Collector, and Registrar of Voters. The position requires excellent customer service skills, including in-person, phone, and email interaction with the public.  Primary functions include collecting various taxes and fees, issuing licenses, conducting elections, processing liens and discharges, and maintaining records, including minutes of meetings.  Previous relevant municipal experience is preferred, including familiarity with TRIO and the standard set of Microsoft Office utilities.  Compensation dependent upon experience and qualifications.  Please submit cover letter and resume to Alna Town Office, Attention: Select Board, 1574 Alna Road, Alna, 04535, or by email to alnaclerk@gmail.com.
