BID INSTRUCTIONS:
One bid per person/company allowed, bids shall be mailed and/or dropped off at the Richmond Town Office, (26 Gardiner Street, Richmond, ME 04357), sealed and clearly marked “Fire Truck Bid”
All bids will be stamped with date and time and must be received by March 30, 2023, by 9:00a.m.
The bid will be awarded April 3 at the Town of Richmond, Board of Selectmen meeting, the winning bidder will have until April 10 at 12:00p.m. to bring cash or certified check made payable to the Town of Richmond to receive the bill of sale and title.
No personal or business checks will be accepted.
The Town of Richmond reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids.
