FULL-TIME BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Your Responsibilities: As a Building Maintenance Technician, you'll be tasked with the routine maintenance, repairs, and occasional upgrades of various town buildings and facilities. From plumbing and electrical work to carpentry and HVAC maintenance, you'll utilize your technical expertise to keep our infrastructure in optimal condition. Additionally, you'll assist with setting up for events, snow removal, and maintaining security protocols.
